Training, advisory services, and problem resolution with clients. **JOB DESCRIPTION** * TRAIN AND ADVISE END USERS OF SOFTWARE IN PERSON AND/OR REMOTELY. * ERP SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION * RESOLUTION OF CLIENT ISSUES AND INQUIRIES **KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:** * HIGHLY DYNAMIC WORK ENVIRONMENT WITH DIRECT CLIENT INTERACTION, BOTH IN PERSON AND ONLINE. * COMPLETED DEGREE WITH BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ACCOUNTING, COMPUTER ENGINEERING AND/OR COMPUTER SYSTEMS. * EFFICIENCY AND EXPERIENCE ARE QUALITIES PROVIDED BY THIS POSITION, SERVING AS A STEPPING STONE FOR FUTURE GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE SAME COMPANY. * PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH ERP SYSTEMS. **REQUIREMENTS** * HIGHER EDUCATION — COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE. * AGE: 21 TO 40 YEARS OLD. * AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL * EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS * RESPONSIBLE AND PROACTIVE * TEAMWORK ORIENTATION AND SERVICE-ORIENTED ATTITUDE **WORK SCHEDULE** **MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM–6:00 PM AND SATURDAYS 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Travel Availability: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
