Collaboration on marketing campaigns and financial education initiatives. **Job Objective** Manage and strengthen Edicresa’s digital presence by creating strategic, educational, and commercial content, building an active community, generating brand trust, and supporting organic conversions. **Responsibilities** * Create educational, informative, and commercial content aligned with brand strategy. * Develop creative, clear, and grammatically excellent copywriting. * Manage daily interaction with the digital community while maintaining brand tone and voice. * Monitor social media conversations to identify insights, opportunities, and potential risks. * Schedule and calendarize posts in accordance with educational sector guidelines. * Use artificial intelligence tools for idea generation, copywriting, design, editing, and performance analysis. * Design graphic and audiovisual content (posts, reels, carousels, infographics, and stories). * Manage and adapt content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. * Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, community growth) and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with the marketing team on financial education campaigns, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. **Position Objectives** * Increase organic engagement. * Strengthen brand presence and positioning. * Build an active and participatory digital community. * Humanize brand communication. * Support organic conversion generation. **Skills and Competencies** * Proficiency in content scheduling tools (Metricool – mandatory). * Excellent writing and grammar skills. * Ability to analyze and interpret metrics. * Intermediate knowledge of graphic and audiovisual design. * Creative and analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset. * Content organization and planning. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. * **Proven experience of 4 to 5 years** as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or Copywriter. * **Experience managing LinkedIn accounts (mandatory).** * Visual portfolio and examples of managed social media accounts (mandatory). * Prior experience in the education sector or financial services (preferred). **Application** If you meet the profile and have proven experience, apply by attaching your CV and portfolio of work or links to managed social media accounts.
