Analyzes metrics and trends to enhance digital strategy. ·A creative and strategic **Community Manager**, responsible for managing and strengthening the brand’s digital presence, ensuring consistent, approachable, and business- and positioning-goal-aligned communication. **Key Responsibilities:** \-Propose and oversee creative ideas for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and objectives. \-Publish and manage social media content, maintaining brand tone and visual consistency. \-Schedule and edit content (copy, images, videos), optimizing formats for each platform. \-Analyze content and audience metrics, evaluating performance, reach, engagement, and community growth. \-Deliver periodic metric reports with clear insights and data-driven improvement recommendations. \-Represent the brand in digital environments, maintaining professional, empathetic communication aligned with corporate values. \-Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and best practices to propose continuous improvements. **Profile Requirements:** ·Education in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related fields. ·Prior experience as a Community Manager or in social media management. ·Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Metricool, Google Analytics, among others). ·Basic content editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.). ·Analytical ability, creativity, and results orientation. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Higher education \- Bachelor’s degree * Demonstrable experience (success cases) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
