Ensure the Relational Portfolio Manager understands the Key Tasks process. Ensure knowledge and mastery of tools and alternatives enabling the team to recover the assigned portfolio. Train and develop Relational Portfolio Managers to recover the maximum amount in the shortest possible time. **Requirements:** Motivate team members through leadership to retain them and foster longevity.
