Maximization of portfolio recovery **Position Objective:** Build a trained, motivated, empowered, and cohesive team of Collections Managers, ensuring retention through leadership to maximize management of assigned clients by offering solutions and payment alternatives. **Main Responsibilities:** Select and onboard top candidates to fulfill the role of Relational Portfolio Manager. Ensure the Relational Portfolio Manager understands the Key Tasks process. Ensure knowledge and mastery of tools and alternatives enabling the team to recover the assigned portfolio. Train and develop Relational Portfolio Managers to recover the maximum amount in the shortest possible time. **Requirements:** Motivate team members through leadership to retain them and foster longevity. Evaluate and provide feedback to Relational Portfolio Managers. Leadership skills. Experience managing work teams. Analytical skills. Results-oriented mindset. Communication skills.
