




DESCRIPTION The Client Manager will be responsible for planning, business development, and managing long-term relationships with strategic accounts, overseeing Axity's focus accounts. The primary objective is to maximize growth, profitability, and strategic value of assigned accounts, acting as a consulting partner to the Client and as the main liaison between the Client’s strategies and Axity’s capabilities. REQUIREMENTS * Academic background o Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Information Technology, Systems, Business Administration, or related field. * Professional experience o **Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales of Information Technology solutions**. o At least **3 years of experience managing named or strategic accounts** within the technology sector. o Proven experience in **managing strategic accounts and AAA enterprises**, preferably in complex corporate environments. o Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at executive and C-Level levels. * Technical knowledge and experience o Solid understanding of the Mexican IT market, including trends, competition, and regulatory framework. o Experience marketing technological solutions, such as: o Software Development o Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) o Cloud Computing o Cybersecurity o Infrastructure o Enterprise Software (ERP, CRM, among others) o Knowledge and application of agile methodologies and emerging digital trends. * Commercial and strategic management o Proficiency in commercial management tools (CRM, KPI analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management). o Experience tracking and analyzing commercial KPIs, focused on optimizing performance and achieving objectives. o Strategic planning and vision capability, with experience developing and executing account plans and commercial plans aligned with Client and organizational goals. o Strong results orientation, with ability to set, measure, and exceed sales and revenue targets. o Proactivity in identifying market trends and transforming them into value propositions for the Client. * Skills and competencies o Leadership and development of multidisciplinary teams. o Commercial strategy and business acumen. o Negotiation and sales closing. o Effective communication and client relationship management.
