CCTV Technician Contract: Indefinite Salary: Competitive Location: Business Park, San Miguel de Allende \- Qro \| Mode: 100% on\-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 Job Mission: Install, operate, maintain and provide support for the Data Center’s video surveillance (CCTV) systems, ensuring operational continuity, physical security of the facilities, and compliance with security, audit and confidentiality standards. Main Responsibilities: * Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems (IP/analogue cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS). * Monitor in real time critical areas of the Data Center (white rooms, access points, perimeters, racks, electrical rooms). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on video surveillance equipment. * Diagnose and resolve failures related to cameras, recorders, structured cabling and network infrastructure. * Ensure proper recording, storage and backup of video evidence. * Control access and support security incident investigations. * Comply with security protocols, internal regulations and Data Center standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, TIA\-942, SOC). * Prepare technical reports, event logs and incident reports. * Coordinate with Physical Security, IT, Operations and external vendors. * Ensure confidentiality and proper custody of audiovisual information. * Support internal and external audits related to physical security. * Clean and organize the work environment * Load and unload materials * Infrastructure assembly * Structured cabling * Cable activation and certification * Cable preparation for fusion * Cable fusion * Network connection * Equipment installation * Provide customer assistance * Compliance with internal regulations Requirements: * Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Science or related field. * Certifications in CCTV or electronic security (desirable). * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in CCTV. * Knowledge of structured cabling and related standards.
