Inventory management (FIFO), supplier management, and cost control **Cafeteria Manager.** **Main Responsibilities** * **Operational Management:** Supervise daily service, ensuring food is served with required quality and timeliness. * **Quality and Hygiene Control:** Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, such as the **H Certification** or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Resource Management:** Manage inventories under the **FIFO** (First In, First Out) system, handle procurement from suppliers, and manage budgets and costs to prevent losses. * **Staff Supervision:** Coordinate roles, schedules, and training for cooks, assistants, and cleaning staff. * **Customer Service:** Address customer complaints, suggestions, or incidents to enhance user experience.
