### **Description** Ensure the efficient, secure, and profitable operation of all branches through comprehensive management of personnel, operations, security, logistics, maintenance, and procurement. Ensure compliance with performance indicators, regulations, and delivery of a positive customer experience. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily operations of all branches, both domestic and international. * Ensure adequate staffing coverage at each branch. * Conduct recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of operational staff. * Manage cash handling and ensure achievement of targets and key performance indicators. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and equipment. * Monitor security reports and implement preventive and corrective measures. * Supervise the operation and maintenance of monitoring systems, alarms, and security tools. * Manage suppliers of enclosures, systems, alarms, supplies, and services required for operations. * Administer the inventory of enclosures and supplies, ensuring logistics, stock control, and distribution. * Execute indirect procurement for branches and corporate (operational and security supplies). * Legally represent the company in conciliation proceedings, Profeco, and civil protection matters. * Manage lease agreements, staff terminations, theft reports, and legal follow-up. * Coordinate procedures with authorities and service providers: water, electricity, internet, traffic fines, and vehicle control. * Ensure compliance with governmental and security regulations across all branches. * Identify new commercial premises and manage the logistics of branch openings (layout, suppliers, equipment, and services). * Implement and monitor strategies to increase branch sales. * Supervise the proper functioning and maintenance of security measures. * Support the organization of corporate events. * Maintain availability for travel and on-site support of international branches. * Lead teams with resilience under frustration, sound decision-making, and results orientation. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in branch operations. * Experience in personnel supervision and management. * Cash handling and control expertise. * Experience in logistics, maintenance, and procurement. * Knowledge of security, monitoring, and alarm systems. * Experience in inventory and warehouse management. * Basic knowledge of legal procedures and interactions with authorities (Profeco, civil protection, lease agreements). * Ability to manage KPIs and meet objectives. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness and availability to travel. * Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * Resilience under frustration and effective decision-making.
