We are National Distributors of the best brands on the market, and currently we are leading distributors in the cleaning sector in Puebla and Villahermosa. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Ages 28 to 40 * Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position **FUNCTIONS:** * Plan and coordinate billing department activities. * Receive orders from the sales department. * Verify product availability for invoicing purposes. * Supervise and ensure accurate order invoicing. * Ensure delivery notes are invoiced within authorized timeframes. * Attend to internal and external customers. * Prepare quotations. * Carry out necessary procedures, purchase requisitions, and transfers to fulfill orders on time and as required. * Request invoice release from the Credit and Collections department. * Generate billing reports. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork * Follow-up * Decision-making * Leadership * Effective communication * Initiative **KNOWLEDGE:** * Billing 4.0 * Microsoft Office Suite * Microsip (DESIRABLE) * Outlook * Personnel management Work Location and Schedule: Camino Real a San Andrés #1811, Residencial Zavaleta, **San Andrés Cholula**.
