




Job Summary: We are seeking a Back Office Executive to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders by managing customer interactions and monitoring order tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer interactions and ensure service levels in campaigns. 2. Monitor packages and SLA. 3. Opportunity for medium-term growth. **We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Promologistics.** In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various tasks and activities to ensure orders reach customers accurately and on time. Minimum 6 months of experience in telephone-based customer service Basic knowledge of courier services and office software Proficiency in using email * Handle customer interactions according to the service levels established for each campaign. * Conduct follow-ups and interactions to ensure assigned service levels for each campaign. * Achieve an acceptable rating in weekly monitoring evaluations. * Monitor packages dispatched from our warehouse. * Monitor SLA.
