Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record transactions, prepare bank reconciliations, support audits, and manage accounting documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of accounting systems and electronic invoicing A company engaged in fuel marketing is seeking: * Accounting Assistant. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience (internships may be included). * Easy access to the area. * Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, SAP, COI, Dynamics). * Intermediate Office suite skills (Excel). * Basic knowledge of tax regulations. * Experience with electronic invoicing. Responsibilities: * Record accounting transactions in the system (revenues, expenses, journal entries, reconciliations). * Prepare monthly bank reconciliations. * Assist in consolidation and analysis of accounting accounts. * Support review and analysis of SAP databases, revenue invoices, expense invoices, credit notes, and payments against ERP. * Assist in weekly expense scheduling — payments, tags, fuel, petty cash, and collecting signatures for authorization. * Control and archive accounting and tax documentation. * Support internal and external audits. * Depreciation and amortization calculations.
