Free cafeteria service **WE ARE AN ACCOUNTING FIRM** **WE ARE SEEKING AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **OUR REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed and verifiable Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the accounting field (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic Excel skills. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience with accounting software: CONTPAQi, COI, SIPRED. * Familiarity with and ability to navigate the SAT platform. * Support in calculating federal and state taxes. * Preparation and submission of monthly, annual, and informative tax returns (for individuals and legal entities). * Basic knowledge of electronic accounting and submission to the SAT. * Integration and review of fiscal and accounting information. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Data entry and recording of accounting transactions in specialized systems. * Support in calculating federal and state taxes. * Filing tax returns via the SAT portal under supervision. * Preparation of informative tax reports. * Compilation and review of working papers and supporting documentation. * Review and submission of electronic accounting records. * Support in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Archiving and control of accounting documentation. **WE OFFER YOU:** * Monthly salary: $14,000 Net. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Job stability and opportunity for professional development. * Free cafeteria service for each employee. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **WORK LOCATION:** * Naucalpan, Lomas Verdes 3rd Section.
