




Job Summary: Conducts financial, administrative, and operational audits, evaluates staff performance, and prepares reports to optimize productivity and reduce losses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of reports with strategies to maximize productivity **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields **Experience:** 2 years, with full availability to travel. Knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) for core financial statement items. Familiarity with tax laws (CFF, ISR, IVA). General knowledge of financial statements. General knowledge of cost accounting. Familiarity with Social Security laws. Proficiency in using SAT and IMSS online portals. **Responsibilities:** \* Conduct audits of the company and/or assigned department by examining and analyzing financial records, reviewing reports and other documentation, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and applicable legislation, and supervising operational practices to ensure all assets are properly justified. \* Analyze workforce performance, verifying compliance with established policies, regulations, and procedures, and confirming that significant financial, administrative, and operational information is accurate, reliable, and timely. \* Evaluate all evidence to provide an independent conclusion regarding all systems, processes, policies, and regulations. \* Prepare audit result reports based on audit observations, identifying potential risks and developing solutions and strategies to maximize productivity and reduce losses. \* Present findings to supervisors and internal clients for implementation of improvement actions.
