Support in various administrative and operational activities **ASSISTANT / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR** **Location:** Bosques de las Lomas, CDMX **Main Responsibilities:** * Calendar management, meeting coordination, and support in assistance-related activities. * Organization of reservations, flights, and travel logistics. * Preparation and follow-up of invoicing and collections. * Support in payroll preparation and control, verifying information prior to payment. * Liaison with accounting firm for submission and control of accounting information. * General office administration (supplies control and operational support). * Support in **various administrative and operational activities of the office**. **We Offer:** * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience and skills. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break.
