




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative after-sales architect for real estate developments, with experience in executive project management and client service, ensuring quality control and warranty follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive after-sales management for real estate developments 2. Direct interaction with property owners for service and follow-up 3. Verification of construction quality and coordination of corrections We seek an after-sales architect who is reliable, responsible, creative, self-motivated, persistent, positive-minded, well-groomed, skilled in communication and relationship management with property owners, proficient in interpreting executive projects, engineering documents, and finish specifications for real estate developments, and possesses extensive knowledge of construction systems to track and rectify latent defects. Responsibilities: Inspection of completed construction, scheduling unit handovers to property owners, conducting site inspections, verifying construction quality, following up on warranties requested by property owners, coordinating materials and work crews to implement corrections as needed, familiarity with power supply and utility systems, interaction with equipment suppliers to verify their warranties, and addressing client inquiries regarding installations or desired modifications to their properties. Estimated salary: 20,000–25,000 MXN per month, commensurate with qualifications. Project locations:\- Cuajimalpa, Coyoacán, Álvaro Obregón, and Miguel Hidalgo Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in after-sales handover processes. Experience managing on-site construction personnel. Direct client interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
