Integration of technological tools and AI into design INMOBILIARIA DIJASA is seeking an Architect: We are currently looking for a creative and technical professional to join our team in developing **residential and commercial executive projects**. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Preparation of 2D and 3D architectural drawings. * Development of residential and commercial executive projects. * 3D modeling and rendering generation. * Furniture design and technical detailing. * Support in preparing budgets and concept catalogs. * Selection and proposal of materials, finishes, and interior design solutions. * Integration of technological tools and artificial intelligence to optimize design processes. **Academic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (degree or candidate). * Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. * Proficiency in SketchUp. * Proficiency in Revit. * Experience using AI-powered tools applied to design. * Basic knowledge of budgeting and construction processes. * Familiarity with materials, finishes, and interior design trends. **Required Competencies:** * Technical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational skills. * Functional creativity. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Adaptability to project changes. Employment Conditions Salary: **$12,000 monthly.** **Working hours to be agreed upon:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm; or Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
