Executing commercial strategies and possessing knowledge of garment appraisal. * Acquiring and retaining customers (field activities and telephone follow-up). * Providing excellent service and support to customers. * Executing commercial strategies: promotions, price adjustments, flyer distribution. * Possessing knowledge of garment appraisal. * Attracting customers both inside and outside the Point of Sale. **Requirements** * Knowledge of: gold appraisal, pawnbroking, basic Excel. * Experience: customer service, sales, pawnbroking, field work (pawnbroking), retail. * Skills: teamwork, responsibility.
