CONSTRUCTION SITE WAREHOUSE CLERK: **Job Objective** Control, safeguard, and manage construction site materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper storage, accurate recordkeeping, and timely supply to guarantee uninterrupted work progress. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Receive materials, tools, and equipment, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes. * Record incoming and outgoing items in the system or control forms. * Maintain the warehouse organized, clean, and classified. * Conduct periodic physical inventory controls. * Report shortages, damages, or inconsistencies. * Issue materials to authorized personnel against vouchers or requisitions. * Safeguard tools and small equipment. * Coordinate returns to suppliers when necessary. * Assist in managing fixed assets assigned to the construction site. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
