Work environment that values proactivity and professional appearance RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: * Invoice generation * Managing the director's calendar * Proficiency in SAE software * Printing sales notes * Invoice validation * Order entry * Answering the office telephone * Generating reports * Supporting sales staff with price lists and pricing information COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: * Proficiency in Excel (Office), Windows 10, computer software packages, email, OneDrive, printer operation, etc. * Experience handling payroll * Ability to learn quickly * Excellent appearance and strong verbal communication skills * Experience in customer and supplier service * Honest and proactive WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
