Opportunity to propose process improvements ***Pharmaceutical Supply Chain is looking for your talent*****:** **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Requirements** * Minimum education level: Completed high school * Complete documentation. * Proven experience in similar positions. * Immediate availability * Service-oriented attitude and excellent organizational skills **We Offer** * Biweekly salary of $4,740 Gross * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund * Incentives for punctuality and attendance **Responsibilities:** * Review, verify, and file administrative documents. * Download, print, and input petty cash invoices into Excel for check preparation and delivery. * Conduct annual employee document closing for accurate verification and filing. * Locate and register service receipts corresponding to branches, verifying payment dates and maintaining an updated record. * Contact suppliers to manage orders for office supplies and necessary tools. * Conduct ongoing reviews of security camera status and follow up with HR on corrective actions for staff. * Inventory and medication control * Supervise proper use of resources and identify improper practices, proposing improvements to administrative processes. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm **Location** * North Zone, Valle del Campestre neighborhood.
