Promotes proactivity and teamwork. **Bugar Automotive Service requires:** Administrative Assistant Minimum Education: * Completed high school diploma (mandatory) Knowledge and Experience: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Knowledge of billing processes * Experience in customer and supplier relations * Preparation, control, and follow-up of administrative reports * Tracking of tasks and communication within workgroups and digital channels Skills and Competencies: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Articulate speech and professional demeanor * Ability to identify sales opportunities and channel them appropriately * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Attention to detail and handling of confidential information * Service-oriented attitude and results-driven focus * Teamwork capability * Proactivity, responsibility, and adaptability Main Responsibilities: * Customer and supplier relations and follow-up * Support in billing processes and administrative control * Preparation and updating of reports * Timely follow-up on requests, pending items, and agreements * Support in customer communication, identifying needs and business opportunities * General support in administrative activities Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (remote coverage) Statutory Benefits Salary $12,000 + Bonus $2,000
