




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the preparation and control of documents, file organization, telephone reception, and billing assistance at a leading entertainment company. With over 30 years of experience, we bring fun and quality to thousands of families, and today we seek talent eager to grow with us and leave a mark on the entertainment industry. **WE ARE SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and control of administrative documents. * Filing and organization of physical and digital files. * Telephone reception and email follow-up. * Billing support and payment tracking. * Database management and data entry. * Coordination of schedules and logistical support for meetings. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
