We are seeking a **Data and Data Entry Analyst** to join our **Financial Administration and Accounting** team in **Mexico City**. ### **What will be your mission?** You will play a key role in managing the information that supports our financial operations. Your main responsibilities will include: * Receiving and reviewing supplier invoices. * Analyzing and validating prescriptions, forms, and invoices for accurate billing. * Entering, filing, and managing documentation. * Tracking and managing payment supplements via telephone or digital channels. * Releasing payment batches through mass-closing processes. * Coordinating and analyzing prescriptions with pharmaceutical suppliers or internal departments. ### **What profile are we looking for?** * Education: **Completed high school diploma** (accounting or administrative background preferred). * Proficiency in **PCs and Microsoft Office suite**. * **Analytical** mindset, with strong attention to detail. * An **organized**, **proactive**, and results-oriented individual. * Ability to **adapt**, **punctuality**, and **teamwork**. ### **What do we offer?** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements**. * Fixed schedule: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Location: **Antara I Corporate Center, Polanco, CDMX**.
