




Job Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Supervisory or Junior Accountant with experience in accounting records, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and journal entry processing to supervise the accounting team and prepare tax controls. Flexible working schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields (graduated or nearing graduation) · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting as a Semi-Supervisory Accountant, Junior Accountant, or similar role. **Knowledge:** · Solid knowledge of accounting records, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and journal entry processing · Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.) · Proficiency in accounting software (Contpaq, Aspel, COI, or others) · Payroll preparation · Financial Information Standards (NIF) · Tax knowledge (Income Tax [ISR], Value Added Tax [IVA], etc.) · Proficiency with SAT platform and tools such as DeclaraSAT, DIOT, etc. **Functions and Responsibilities:** · Supervise and coordinate the accounting team. · Prepare tax controls. · Validate tax returns. · Record and post accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, general ledger) · Prepare and review trial balances · Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring reasonableness of final balances · Review and process XML files (electronic invoices) · Calculate monthly taxes (ISR, IVA, withholdings, etc.) · Prepare tax and accounting working papers · Support preparation of monthly and annual tax returns · Monitor SAT requirements · File and control accounting and tax documentation · Support audits · Process payroll and calculate severance payments and settlements (system-based calculation and electronic stamping) · Record import/export customs documents (pedimentos) · Dollar-denominated account valuation · IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, and 3% payroll-related payments · IMSS employee registration and termination · Respond to information requests or clarifications from assigned clients · Knowledge of tax legislation (ISR, IVA, IMSS) and Financial Information Standards (NIFs) We Offer: * Base salary: $14,000–$17,000 * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work arrangement (one day per week remote) * Ongoing training courses during working hours * Working schedule: 8:00 am–5:00 pm * Career development plan Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00–$17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
