Support in filing and other accounting areas **“SERVITUR” — A Leading Company in Personnel, School, and Tourism Transportation** **We are looking for your talent to join our team as:** **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Mandatory) * Proven work experience, employment reference letters * Mandatory ERP SAP proficiency * Flexible working hours * Residence near Alfredo del Mazo’s PRI or willingness to commute. **Responsibilities:** * Bank transfers. * Control and tracking of documentation for utility vehicles and buses (insurance policies, invoices, verification, cards, license plates, mechanical\-physical inspections) * Expense recording in the system and daily income and expenditure folder management. * Bank reconciliations, updated vehicle fleet reporting. * Settlement of debtor and creditor accounts in the system. * Preparation of accounts payable reports and check tracking. * Recording of bank statements, weekly disbursement of amounts onto fuel cards for utility vehicles. * Filing support and assistance within the accounting department. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers * Social security coverage from the first day of employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
