Opportunity to chart your own path and achieve your full potential. **Accounting Analyst** **Position Objective** Provide support in accounting and administrative processes related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate billing control, payment tracking, and preparation of financial reports for an approximate portfolio of 20 clients. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Location:** Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX **Work Mode:** On-site **Primary Responsibilities** * Management of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). * Preparation and control of invoicing, including: General invoicing, tenant invoicing. * Tracking and control of client payment invoices. * Management of an approximate portfolio of 20 clients. * Integration, updating, and safeguarding of supplier files. * Scheduling of supplier payments in accordance with internal policies. * Support in general administrative\-accounting processes. * Preparation of accounting reports: Revenue, expenses. * Support in month-end closings and basic reconciliations. * Proficiency in Office tools (primarily Excel). **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * 2 years of experience in this role. * Knowledge of AR, AP, and invoicing. * Technical knowledge: Revenue and expense control. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel / Office. **Skills:** Organization and follow-up, attention to detail, effective communication, handling of confidential information. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm—driving progress for businesses and individuals.
