In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our clients, coordinating and analyzing their needs to provide optimal solutions. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your communication and problem-solving skills will be essential. **Responsibilities** * Review customer information or requirements via email. * Receive shipping pre-alerts from the customer to request Virtual Entry at WAREHOUSE. * Coordinate with WAREHOUSE upon shipment arrival at the warehouse to track dispatch. * Request required documents from the customer to move the shipment (letters of instruction, invoices, etc.). * Prepare the customs entry proforma, request taxes, fees, and necessary documentation. * Request tariff classification via SAOW; if it is a pre-alert, the request must be made via email. * Request technical information from the customer (for new goods) and submit the complete file to the classifier. * Apply advance payments or request them for shipment dispatch. * Coordinate with PREVIOS WAREHOUSE to conduct preliminary reviews and verify their results. * Confirm to the customer the status of received goods (shortages, overages) and await requested documents. * Notify the customer of any incidents and/or corrections. * Request, via email, the customer’s acceptance of payment for the correction (if attributable to the customer) to attach it in printed form to the file. * Confirm whether the transfer will be performed by WAREHOUSE or the customer. * Request financing via SAOW. * Confirm the customer’s deposit via SATO. * Validate and pay customs entries for dispatch. * Coordinate with the carrier the type of transportation required (pickup, inbound, or special unit). * Coordinate delivery of goods to the customer according to their instructions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Experience completing customs entries. **Benefits** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Growth opportunities. * Superior benefits.
