Experience in commercial litigation and extrajudicial debt collection. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience in extrajudicial debt collection, approximately 90-day overdue accounts. Drafting and filing new commercial lawsuits. Property investigations through the Public Registry. Drafting judicial and extrajudicial settlement agreements.
