We are an automotive agency seeking an Insurance Coordinator. Job Objective: Analyze, quantify, and assess damages resulting from insurance claims to determine repair costs. The ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through fair and accurate assessments. Requirements: * High school diploma or technical degree. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Experience in customer service. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle insurance claim appraiser. * Experience using insurance company portals such as Audatex, HDI, Qualitas, etc. Skills: * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Results-oriented Responsibilities: * Assess damages * Verify supplementary information and authorized appraisals; estimate damage costs * Report appraisals conducted by insurance companies for released and appraised vehicles * Monitor repair progress.
