Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible: * Consolidating your current market and expanding customer base while enhancing customer retention. * Visiting customers and prospects to generate business. * Identifying customer needs and advising them on GF Banorte’s products and services, preparing and/or requesting corresponding quotations and simulations. * Promoting and closing sales of the Institution’s products and services, adhering to service quality and customer satisfaction standards. * Retaining and developing profitable customers through high-quality service and cross-selling of products and services. * Taking necessary actions to ensure the profitability of assigned customers meets Institutional criteria. * Overseeing the overall operation of the branch—specifically service levels, customer satisfaction, administrative and operational processes—utilizing required reports for branch management. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics (degree holder). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Banking. * Credit knowledge and analysis skills. * Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, excellent verbal communication skills, and interpersonal relationship capabilities. * **VALID AMIB CERTIFICATION.** Click the **Apply** button and don’t miss the opportunity to fully develop your potential.
