The Opportunity: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employer obligations toward institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT, as well as for the accurate calculation and validation of payroll. You will interact directly with key organizational areas, enabling you to develop technical, analytical, communication, and management skills. • Management of registrations, terminations, and modifications with IDSE and SUA • Determination and entry of IMSS variables • Management and tracking of REPSE • Procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT • Control and reconciliation of FONACOT vouchers and payments • Calculation of severance and liquidation payments in accordance with current legislation • Validation of payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.). Skills and Attributes for Success: • Commitment and sense of responsibility • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal relationship-building abilities To succeed in this role, you must: • Hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Have 3 years of experience managing payroll processes (calculations, modifications, processes involving templates of +1,000 employees) and IMSS (registrations, terminations, modifications for FONACOT and INFONAVIT), plus knowledge of REPSE • Intermediate Excel proficiency What Are We Looking For?
