Position: Technical Sales Executive (Maintenance and Construction) We are looking for a dynamic individual with commercial vision and enthusiasm for the industrial sector to join our team at **AE SOLUCIONES.** If you are passionate about closing deals and interacting with corporate clients, this position is for you! Main Responsibilities * **Client Prospecting:** Identifying new business opportunities in industrial zones, construction companies, and building management firms. * **Consultative Sales:** Advising clients on our maintenance (preventive/corrective) services and construction solutions. * **Account Management:** Maintaining consistent communication with existing and prospective clients to ensure deal closure. * **Technical Visits:** Attending sites for basic surveys or presenting commercial proposals. Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in industrial, hardware, construction, or real estate sectors). * **Skills:** \* Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Excel * **Other:** Valid driver’s license.
