**Requirements:** \- Telecommunications Technician \- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions \- Knowledge of radiofrequency systems (VHF, UHF, and SHF), wireless link design and budgeting, propagation and coverage measurement, antennas (gain, pattern, and installation), telecommunications regulations (IFT), interpretation of electrical diagrams, and real-time video transmission using COFDM and IP-over-RF technologies. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Design and define the wireless communication architecture of the system \- Implement and validate radiofrequency links ensuring stability, low latency, and high availability \- Select telecommunications technologies, equipment, and suppliers \- Conduct technical tests for coverage, performance, and latency of the links \- Analyze results and propose technical improvements to the system \- Document designs, tests, results, and technical limitations \- Ensure compliance with current telecommunications regulations \- Coordinate with internal departments for system integration \- Monitor technical performance indicators of the project **We Offer:** \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm \- Work location: Atlixcáyotl Territorial Reserve Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
