Key responsibilities include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance services * Diagnosing and resolving faults in installations * Performing basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and gas repairs * Installing equipment and accessories as required by the service * Proper use of tools and work materials * Providing customer service during the service, explaining completed work * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area Technical skills, a service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and problem-solving ability are highly valued. Salary: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
