A major LAGUNA-area hardware company, seeking personnel due to growth, for work in the San José del Cabo, B.C.S. area: We are looking for a Mechanical and/or Electrical Technician with knowledge of tools and strong experience in the hardware industry, focused on the sale of tools, welding equipment, abrasives, and safety equipment. Requirements: * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Electronics Technician * Competencies: excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a service-oriented attitude. * Experience: minimum 1–2 years’ experience repairing tools and industrial equipment, such as drills, electric saws, compressors, light generators, and welding machines. * Experience and/or knowledge of hardware items, power tools, abrasives, safety equipment, gasoline-powered tools, chainsaws, and gasoline-powered pressure washers. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems and/or hardware. * Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed. * Willingness to relocate to SAN JOSÉ DEL CABO, B.C.S. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: * Repair of tool equipment * Preparing quotations * Issuing service orders * Proficiency in Office software * Following up with customers * Delivering excellent customer service.
