Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing professional to develop strategies, promotional materials, and market analysis to connect with consumers and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop promotional materials and educational projects for the product. 2. Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competition. 3. Design action plans and evaluate the performance of marketing strategies. **Applicants must reside in the northern region of the State of Mexico: Tlalnepantla, Atizapan, Naucalpan, Cuautitlan, or DF (Atzcapotzalco), near the company’s location.** **THORSMEX SA DE CV**, located in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, operates from the El Dorado corporate building and has 30 years of experience marketing piping, fastening, and telecommunications systems through distributors in the electrical, hardware, and telecommunications sectors. It operates a manufacturing plant producing plastic products distributed across Mexico and internationally. We are hiring an individual to carry out marketing activities aimed at promoting the brand’s products through diverse strategies and/or projects to engage consumers, generate sales, and maintain leadership in a competitive market. Responsibilities: * Develop promotional materials and educational projects to highlight product features and applications. * Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competition. * Design action plans aligning company objectives with market needs and audience characteristics. * Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of implemented strategies, adjusting tactics to maximize results and adapt to market changes. * Periodically evaluate promotional tools according to distributor type. * Conduct market research on sectors related to the product. * Organize distributor participation in events and trade shows. Recent graduate in Marketing; minimum one year of experience; basic English proficiency; CRM software skills; intermediate Office suite proficiency; creative mindset; strategic vision; competitive analysis capability.
