




* Install FO/Wireless, handle customer tickets (failures, service expansion/changes, equipment recovery). * Report port saturation or shortages to infrastructure. * Remove or replace loaned equipment when instructed by the work order. * Reconfigure or reinstall WiFi extenders. * Instruct customers on network usage, equipment operation, and the customer app. * Perform technology upgrades. * Inform the control tower of the current status of the activity being performed (installation, ticket). * Record technical closure (photos, signal strength, equipment serial number). * Recover loaned equipment when indicated by the ticket (release port if fiber optic). * Submit daily cash cut-off reports and work orders.
