




Job Summary: This role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of telecommunications services for business customers, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and configuration of telecommunications equipment 2. Technical fault diagnosis and resolution 3. Customer advisory on service usage Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of telecommunications services (Internet, telephony, TV, networks) at business customers’ premises, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out physical installations of telecommunications equipment (modems, routers, antennas, structured cabling, etc.). * Configure equipment and verify proper operation of the contracted service. * Provide basic customer advisory on the use of installed services. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults during installation or subsequent service. * Accurately document completed work (logs, photographic reports, customer signatures). **Driver's License:** * Yes (Class B, preferred). **Job Conditions** * Field work (80\-100%) * Availability to work in different city zones. * Potential for physical work and outdoor activities, including rooftops, poles, and ducts.
