EDUCATION: INCOMPLETE BACHELOR’S DEGREE OR COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT. ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. KNOWLEDGE OF HOSPITAL CLEANING TECHNIQUES. INTERACTION WITH SUPPLIERS RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop the annual deep-cleaning program and support, within the scope of this department, the situational diagnosis. Compile and maintain the managerial folder, including documents related to services provided by external suppliers (RPBI collection, urban solid waste, pest control, disinfection, etc.), as well as service orders, material delivery vouchers, cleaning logs, deep-cleaning logs, etc. Supervise the proper execution of cleaning and deep-cleaning activities across all institutional areas. Supervise timely and appropriate supply of linens, sanitary items, toilet paper, soap, alcohol-based hand sanitizer, etc., ensuring proper usage; maintain control and inventory records. Supervise that all documentation evidencing daily operational activities is accurately, timely, and properly completed. Assign rooms.
