Field Telecommunications Leader

Position Summary: We are seeking a technical telecommunications leader for fieldwork involving the installation and commissioning of RF services and related equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform RF service installations and commissioning, as well as other assigned tasks 2. Install RF and DC power equipment, including work at heights 3. Lead telecommunications projects with experience in cellular base stations We are looking for a technical telecommunications leader; **Responsibilities:** * Conduct fieldwork for the installation and commissioning of RF services or other tasks assigned by management. * Install RF and DC power equipment, including work at heights. **Requirements:** * Class B driver's license. * Experience in site surveying for cellular base stations. * Experience in installing RF equipment (antennas, RRUs, BBUs), DC power equipment (rectifiers, batteries), working at heights, and service commissioning. * Desired experience in AC power systems, TX equipment (routers, switches, microwave radios), and use of test instruments (power meter, OTDR, fusion splicer). * Desired experience in internal plant infrastructure, civil works assessment, and technological expansions (4G/5G).
