




At beonit, we collaborate with a company in the construction and highway management sector seeking to hire an **Electromechanical Technician** to ensure maintenance, operational continuity, and reliability of the highway’s technological and electromechanical systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and readiness to respond to on-site incidents. **What will be your mission?** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on E.C.T. equipment and electromechanical systems within low-voltage installations, ensuring their availability, operability, and compliance with process indicators. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supervising and maintaining antennas, electronic toll collection systems, and electrical power plants along the highway. * Addressing and resolving technical incidents related to technological and mechanical infrastructure. * Performing first-response interventions for system failures and escalating to specialists when required. * Supervising external vendors to ensure compliance with standards and timelines. * Participating in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of critical systems (electronic toll collection, communications). * Working at heights and on-site as required. **What do we require from you?** * Proficiency with hand tools (multimeter, soldering iron, etc.). * Proficiency with PCs and databases. * Knowledge of electricity and mechanics. * Ability to operate a standard-transmission vehicle. * Education: Technical Superior University (TSU) degree or equivalent in electromechanics, electricity, electronics, or related field; or high school diploma + 2 years of experience in related areas. * Experience in IT, networks, telecommunications, or electromechanics. * Valid driver’s license. * Work location: La Peñita Toll Plaza to Las Varas–Puerto Vallarta Highway Toll Booth, La Misión stretch. * Rotating shifts: 6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–6:00 **What can we offer you?** * A stable work environment within an organization that promotes continuous training, collaboration, and long-term professional growth. * Job stability. * Internal training and certifications. * Clear communication of expectations. * A dynamic environment with exposure to specialized equipment and technology. * Salary: $16,150 MXN.
