**Position: Digital Marketing and Platform Sales Manager** **Department:** Marketing / Sales **Position Objective:** Plan, execute, and manage Ferrara Materiales’ digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate leads, drive sales, and strengthen customer relationships through digital channels and sales platforms. **Functions and Responsibilities:** Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Create graphic designs and content for social media, promotions, campaigns, and digital materials. Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google, etc.). Publish and manage promotions, product launches, and commercial campaigns. Handle sales inquiries and quotations received via digital platforms and social media. Follow up with digital prospects and customers until sale closure. Manage digital product catalogs and pricing. Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, sales) and prepare reports. Coordinate with the sales and warehouse departments to ensure product availability and delivery timelines. Propose creative ideas to increase digital reach, traffic, and sales. **Requirements:** Experience in digital marketing and social media management. Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Experience in digital sales or online customer service. Proficiency with platforms such as Facebook Business, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Google. Strong writing and spelling skills. Organizational skills, creativity, and results orientation. **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of the hardware or construction materials industry. **Key Skills:** Creativity and strategic thinking.
