Access to training, coaching, and internal and external certifications. - **Responsibilities:** * Assist in identifying and documenting all Level-n suppliers in the supply chain. * Conduct research and gather information on lower-tier suppliers and sub-suppliers associated with each Level-n supplier. * Support entering and maintaining detailed records of suppliers, sub-suppliers, and associated components in the database. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of all information. * Retrieve PPAP information to complete data as needed. * Verify the authenticity and accuracy of supplier information through various channels, including direct communication, documentation, and external databases. * Address any discrepancies or issues related to supplier information promptly and effectively. * Generate reports on supplier-sub-supplier relationships, categorizations, and compliance status, as required by management. * Collaborate closely with supply chain and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.**Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in final semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. * Conversational English * Intermediate/Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) * Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills. * Data-oriented, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy * **Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm** * **RFC (Mandatory)****Why Join Us?** You can grow at Aptiv.
