Provide payroll-related support to employees **This is how you’ll be WOW:** * Manage and ensure accurate calculation and payment of regional payroll for assigned countries by collecting, analyzing, and validating data in relevant systems, coordinating with external payroll providers, and ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies. * Process annual and extraordinary payments (e.g., year-end bonus, profit-sharing, vacation pay, etc.), ensuring calculations and execution comply with applicable labor legislation in each country. * Manage employee separation processes, including final settlement and severance calculations, in accordance with applicable legal regulations in each country. * Administer and coordinate compensation and benefits programs for each assigned country, ensuring proper implementation of policies, communication with providers, and employee support, aligned with local and regional guidelines. * Document and update processes, procedures, and policies related to payroll, benefits, and compensation management, ensuring alignment with local legislation, internal audits, and corporate requirements. * Provide support to Kärcher employees in resolving payroll-related inquiries, serving as the first point of contact for the Human Resources department and contributing to effective, timely, and clear communication. **It would be WOW if you have:** * Experience as a Multi-Country Payroll Coordinator or Senior Executive specializing in payroll, compensation, and benefits, including interaction with external providers. * Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to salary calculations, final settlements, severance payments, and statutory benefits across multiple countries, ensuring regulatory compliance in each jurisdiction while considering region-specific legal, tax, and administrative requirements. * Excellent communication and financial analysis skills, strong problem-solving ability, agility, quick adaptation to change, and a high degree of internal customer orientation. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Advanced English** * Proficiency in G-Suite * SAP experience (preferred) **Our WOW Kärcher Package:** Joining a leading, well-positioned company to collectively make an impact and achieve a cleaner world.
