Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to diagnose organizational climate, manage internal communications, design development programs, and lead change initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Manage performance evaluations and improvement plans. **Job Type:** Full-time (Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM) (Sat 9 AM–2 PM) **Key Responsibilities** * Diagnose organizational climate and propose action plans. * Manage internal communications for strategic projects. * Design and implement talent development programs (leadership, training, succession). * Manage performance evaluations and improvement plans. * Lead organizational change initiatives. * Develop and strengthen organizational culture. * Coordinate wellness programs. * Define, create, and implement departmental metrics (KPIs). * Advise leaders on team management and skill development. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Preferred: Courses or a diploma in Organizational Development or Human Capital. **Experience** * 3–5 years in Organizational Development or Human Resources roles. * Experience in change management, culture, and training. * Proficiency with performance evaluation tools. **Technical Knowledge** * Organizational development models. * Change management. * Organizational culture. * Performance evaluation. * Workplace climate analysis. * KPI development. **Tools and Software** * Talent management systems (HRIS) * E-learning platforms * Excel / data analysis tools in Excel for dashboard creation and Drive management * Organizational climate surveys Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee referral program * Company phone * Remote work Experience: * Organizational management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
