




We are seeking an Organizational Development and Training Manager **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Organizational Development and Training Manager. * Proven experience in Change Management and in implementing Organizational Development and Talent Development programs. • Experience in designing and managing Corporate Universities. • Experience implementing NOM 035 **Responsibilities** * Develop performance evaluations, calibration and talent development processes, individual development plans, tracking and development of high-potential employees, and feedback processes. * Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture and foster employee engagement. * Oversee the creation and implementation of learning programs addressing skill gaps and promoting continuous improvement. * Enhance the impact of the Corporate University by developing programs that strengthen the skills required for company growth and align talent with the organizational vision. * Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to drive understanding, cultural adoption, and employee engagement. * Provide expertise and design Change Management strategies to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives and organizational processes. * Monitor organizational assessments and advise on implementing action plans to improve efficiency and the work environment. **We offer:** Monthly Salary $15,000.00 Statutory Benefits.
