Required Work Experience: * 3–5 years of verifiable experience in Organizational Development and Training. * Essential Knowledge and Skills: * Talent Management: Identification of high-potential employees, proficiency in the Nine Box model, design and implementation of development plans, career plans, and succession plans. * Effective communication (oral and written). * Leadership and results orientation. * Project planning and organization. * Data analysis (for decision-making). * Proficiency in technology tools applied to HR and training. * Training program design and management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Training Needs Assessment (TNA): Conduct diagnosis and analysis of skill gaps across the organization. * Program Design and Implementation: Create, develop, and deliver innovative training programs (in-person and virtual) aligned with strategic objectives. * Impact Evaluation: Measure training program effectiveness, propose continuous improvements, and generate outcome reports. * Organizational Development: Actively participate in strategic initiatives such as: * Performance management. * Career and succession planning. * Projects aimed at improving workplace climate and culture. * Learning Culture: Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across all organizational levels. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM; Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM **If interested, please apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
