Support organizational diagnostics and employee engagement surveys Analyze talent-related information and metrics (KPIs) Track performance evaluations and development plans Support training programs and needs assessment (DNC) Collaborate on organizational culture initiatives and change management Prepare reports and improvement proposals What are we looking for?
