Strategies for employee retention and retention **GRIP3 is seeking an Organizational Development Analyst in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Private Security Company requires:** **Organizational Development Analyst** Work location: Venustiano Carranza Borough **Job Objective: Execution, measurement, and analysis of the Human Development and Communication strategy.** **PROFILE** Gender: Indifferent Age: 30 to 50 years old Marital status: Indifferent Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields Experience: Minimum 1 year in Organizational Development Desirable knowledge: DNC, application, design and analysis of metrics, development of dynamics, event coordination, personnel retention strategies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1.\- Implement the Annual Human Development and Communication Plan 2.\- Analyze data obtained from attendance lists and reaction evaluations for each event and program, and propose improvement actions. 3.\- Maintain physical and electronic document control supporting information for each program, in order to organize information for any audit. 4.\- Conduct organizational climate surveys, cultural change processes, campaigns, continuous improvement initiatives, performance evaluations, and career plans; as well as collect and analyze data obtained therefrom. 5.\- Develop strategies to achieve employee retention and increase employee tenure **WORKING CONDITIONS:** Work location: Venustiano Carranza Borough, Mexico City Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00 to 14:00 hrs. Direct employment contract with the company.
