Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Definition** Design, execute, and manage organizational communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience, utilizing creative and digital tools that contribute to staff retention, motivation, and sense of belonging. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement the annual internal communication plan aligned with the Human Resources strategy and organizational values. * Coordinate internal events, activations, recognitions, and integration campaigns. * Design visual, audiovisual, and digital materials to facilitate understanding and adoption of organizational culture. * Design communication strategies to enhance the employee experience across their lifecycle (onboarding, tenure, recognition, and exit). * Produce and edit videos, audio, and photographic content for internal campaigns and social media. * Generate engaging, creative, and corporate-identity-aligned content. * Support *employer branding* initiatives that strengthen the company’s internal and external perception. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. **Required Skills** **Service Excellence:** * Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers, ensuring clear communication, appropriate response times, practical solutions, and consistent experiences. **Employee Relations:** * Ability to communicate topics impacting organizational climate (conflicts, changes, discipline, wellness) professionally, consistently, and in alignment with company values. **Human Resources: Policies, Standards, and Procedures:** * Knowledge of and ability to clearly and consistently communicate organizational policies, promoting a sense of belonging and adoption of corporate culture. **Human Resources Operations:** * Ability to execute administrative processes related to communication and culture: procurement, vendor management, budget control and adherence, SAP, logistics, inventory, and project participation. **Additional Information** * Job location: Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. * This position may require travel (indicate percentage if applicable). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Intermediate – conversational English. **Top candidates will have:** * Proficiency in video, audio, and photo editing tools (e.g., Premiere). * Social media and digital platform management. * Creative and corporate copywriting. * Planning and execution of internal campaigns. * Experience in *employer branding* and culture communication. * Event organization. **Final Details:** The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select and place employees based on their qualifications for the position, regardless of race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
